Tugboat Bakery - Brand Identity

This identity system and overall branding were created for a bakery based in Pennsylvania. The owner was initially from Southern Louisiana. The name and logo design is based on her childhood nickname, "Tugboat." This unique name allowed for darker, more rustic imagery and the use of minimal marks. The branding needed to feel trustworthy and feminine with a sense of southern roots. One of the unique products this baker makes is roasted nuts of different flavors. The imagery focuses on these ideas, which gave the design a more personal feel.
